Christian also brings international general management insights, having been Global Managing Director of Datatec Financial Services.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Roger has been engaged in the asset based finance and automotive leasing industry for over 45 years holding a number of C–level positions with major financial institutions, both in the UK and Internationally.

Most recently, Roger was CEO of Maxxia one of the fastest-growing lending, broking, and fleet management groups in the UK; in five years taking the group from a greenfield start-up to originating over £600m of new business per annum and a lending portfolio of £350m.

Roger has led numerous M&A transactions, on the both the buy and sell side.

After nearly 30 years of operational automotive and captive financial services experience, including Black Horse, Daimler and Allianz, since 2016 Simon has spent his time in consultancy and advisory roles for a number of OEM and automotive financial services clients. 

Much of Simon’s experience has been accumulated in major, international RfP and implementation settings, both as client and service provider.

Richard has led operational teams across trade, vehicle, asset, and receivables finance as well as payments. Throughout his career, Richard has demonstrated his ability to lead teams, drive growth and improve business performance.

Phil is an experienced CEO with a focus on restructuring, renewables financing, M&A, and automotive finance. He has successfully restructured businesses at a financial and operational level, including in the asset, agricultural/renewables and retail motor finance sectors.

A key focus over the last 10 years has been on the renewables sector, including leading the UK's largest funder of renewable biogas projects.

As such, his extensive expertise in renewable energy financing is of great value to companies developing and implementing their ESG, sustainable infrastructure and asset lending strategies.

Peter has wide-ranging strategic change experience, including as Head of Strategy for RBS Business & Commercial Banking and COO of Investec’s Asset Finance Group. Respected for driving strategy and new ways of doing business with clarity of vision and practical delivery, 

He has led initiatives ranging from market entry to portfolio analysis and divestment, delivery of M&A support services, new business models, business transformation and fintech partner selection.
