His international experience includes eight years working in Chile and the USA, as well as oversight of operations throughout Europe, South Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia.

As Head of HSBC Equipment Finance, Richard delivered outstanding results, growing the portfolio by over 30% while achieving a remarkable 400% increase in profitability. His success was underpinned by strategic vision and practical implementation, including the successful deployment of new third-party systems.
