Which funders are easiest to deal with? Who has improved, and who is falling behind? Each year we ask the brokers who place the business to rate the service standards of the UK's asset finance lenders, across the whole journey from proposal to payout.

Last year's findings went in front of the lenders themselves, anonymised and in aggregate, and they paid attention. The more brokers who take part, the harder the results are to ignore.

  • Your answers are confidential. Lenders only ever see anonymised, aggregated results. No response is ever attributed to a person or firm.
